In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 To use the Platform, you must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is wholly prohibited by statute is not authorised by the Company; it is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in their location.
2.3 By accessing the Platform or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these documents, you must not use the Platform.
2.4 Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of the Company (or any affiliated company) are not eligible to open a User Account or participate in any promotion.
2.5 Each User may hold only one Account. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to void any Wagers placed from them.
3.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.
3.2 The Company will conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its internal compliance standards and applicable international anti-money-laundering regulations. You agree to provide supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent — upon request.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.4 The Company may, at its absolute discretion, refuse to register an Account or close an existing Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or posed a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.
4.1 Deposits. nan77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. The Company targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business hour during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
4.3 The Company does not accept deposits from or pay out to third-party bank accounts. All funds must originate from and be returned to an account held in your own name. Payments made from accounts belonging to a spouse, family member, or any third party will be declined and refunded.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with international anti-money-laundering best practice. Failure to provide such documentation may result in delay or refusal of a withdrawal.
4.5 Deposits and withdrawals are denominated in IDR. The Company does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transfer fees, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
5.1 The Company may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible markets will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain low-margin markets or games may contribute at a reduced rate toward clearing the rollover requirement.
5.3 Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Each promotion is available once per User, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise indicated.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled or withdrawn, any Wagers already placed using that bonus will stand; however, the remaining Bonus Funds balance will be removed from your Account.
5.5 Any User found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using VPN software to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing hedging Wagers to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a bonus — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.
6.1 All Wagers are placed at your own risk. Once confirmed, a Wager cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Platform explicitly provides a "cash out" or "bet edit" feature and the Wager is eligible under that feature's conditions.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to void any Wager or series of Wagers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the odds were published in error (a "palpable error"); (b) the outcome was already known at the time the Wager was placed; (c) the Wager formed part of a coordinated scheme to exploit a pricing error; or (d) the event to which the Wager relates was affected by match-fixing or corruption.
6.3 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) Wagers: if one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg at 1.00 odds; all remaining legs must win for the Wager to pay out. If two or more legs are voided, the Wager is settled as per the remaining legs' results.
6.4 The Company is not responsible for system errors, connection interruptions, or delays that prevent a Wager from being placed or settled in a timely manner. In the event of a platform failure during an in-play event, unsettled Wagers will be reviewed and settled according to available official data.
6.5 The Company's decision on the settlement of all Wagers is final, subject only to the formal dispute procedure set out in Section 11 of these Terms.
Users must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds held in the Account, and referral to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the intellectual property of nan77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
8.3 The nan77 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting any right or licence to use any trademark without the Company's prior written consent.
9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all Funds you deposit. The Company accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform.
10.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any genuine cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be refunded to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC.
10.2 The Company may suspend or permanently close your Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC; suspected fraudulent activity; or responsible-gambling self-exclusion requests.
10.3 Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any Funds in your Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, such Funds may be permanently forfeited.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nan77 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by that governing law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
11.2 Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact the nan77 support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve it within seven (7) calendar days.
11.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
11.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the changes are material, the Company will provide notice via a prominent banner on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 10.
